South Florida gets a sneak preview of the latest version of plant-based Beyond Burgers from its food truck at LAB Miami this weekend, May 1-2 11am-5pm.
Fans who visit will get a free taste of the new burgers as long as supplies last.
The new burgers, which feature 35% less fat and saturated fat, and fewer calories than 80/20 beef, land on grocery shelves during the week of May 3. “The launch of the latest Beyond Burger iteration is another strong step forward in providing consumers with absolutely delicious plant-based meat that is better for people and the planet, no sacrifice required,” says Beyond Meat founder and CEO Ethan Brown.
Miami is one of a handful of U.S. cities where consumers can get a first taste of the new burger, which is carried at Whole Foods Markets, Publix, Winn-Dixie and Target stores.
