Uchi Miami Summer Dinner Series
Wynwood’s Uchi Miami has launched the season with the first installments of its 2024 Summer Dinner Series, featuring intimate, ticketed dinners in collaboration with local chefs.
The series launched on Tues., May 21, in collaboration with guest chef Chris Arellanes, executive chef of KYU Miami, with dishes such as Masu Crudo, Tasmanian ocean trout; golden chicken with foie gras verjus; Wagyu with white asparagus; and Oishii, or creamed sake.
The series continues on Tues., June 11, with Allan Esterhuizen, head chef of LPM Miami, for a Mediterranean mix of escargot, lamb cutlets and crème brûlée alongside some of Uchi’s unique Eastern dishes.
