Bourbon, Burger & BEAST

Presented by Short Barrel at MAI-KAI restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, this four-course meal features a beastly 8oz burger made with Burger Beast’s signature luncheonette beef blend, topped with BBQ pork belly and a bourbon-infused sauce, alongside paired cocktails. Live entertainment will be provided in the private Tahiti room. 21+
The culinary talent for the evening includes:
MAI-KAI Chef Justin Sherrer, also owner of Doce Provisions and Social 27 Supper Club, who will introduce the first two courses.
Burger Beast, responsible for the event’s namesake burger.
Gabe Urrutia, mixologist and cocktail historian, who will present the dessert, a Coconut Martini and Banana Bourbon Bread Pudding.
