On December 25th, guests can enjoy a wide array of delicious offerings, including smaller plates like cornbread, deviled eggs, sweet potato hummus, and fried yardbird & waffles; fresh salads such as the African Goddess and Rooster Caesar; hearty entrees like the cookout // big paella pan, catch of the day, mushroom risotto, fish fry, smoked lamb belly, and prime rib. Accompanying these dishes are flavorful rice options like oxtail fried rice and coconut rice, along with sides like mac & cheese, braised greens, charred yams, and broccolini. For an extra treat, guests can indulge in an à la carte raw bar station featuring ½ dozen oysters ($18), conch ceviche ($9), and shrimp cocktail ½ dozen ($18). The meal is perfectly rounded off with desserts such as barley porridge with cranberry, brown butter sweet potato pie, key lime tart, and mud pie. Holiday cocktails, including Christmas sangria ($16) and coquito ($18), add a festive touch.
