Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s Cellar 1954 dinner series welcomes Honig Vineyard and Winery from Rutherford, California to Mirabella. Honig Vineyard and Winery is a family owned and operated winery specializing in sustainable winegrowing practices. The menu, created by Mirabella’s Executive Chef, Paul Keyer includes dishes such as Hiramasa Tartare with Sicilian pistachio, Meyer lemon, and Calabrian chili; Halibut Cioppino with clams, leeks, potato and sunchoke crema; Casarecce with red wine braised Spanish octopus ragu, bone marrow, and mollica; A-5 Miyazaki with snow aged NY Strip, black truffles, and whipped potato; and a Ricotta Tart with compressed pear, grapes, and pistachio gelato.
