Florida Ferment Fest: Bread and Butter January
A full month of virtual programming featuring a packed schedule of workshops, demos, talks, and interviews with incredible bakers and fermentos. Most of the events are free, but some are ticketed. Proceeds from these events will be donated to the Coalition of Immokalee Workers, a farmworker rights organization.
