Celebrate One Night in the Tropics, featuring fabulous local flavors in food, drink and live music, benefiting the UF/IFAS Tropical Research and Education Center (TREC) Graduate Dormitory Campaign. TREC is home to a number of innovations dealing with our environment and new cultivars of tropical and subtropical crops and ornamental plants.
