Smorgasburg Miami Plant-Based Weekend
Miami’s largest outdoor-food market will host its second annual Plant-Based Weekend, partnering with Sean Russell, founder of Soflo Vegans. The weekend celebrations will feature 12+ guest vendors, who will serve an array of delicious
vegan and plant-based dishes cooked by some of the best chefs in that category.
Smorgasburg Miami will host several activities that tie in with plant-based practices, like a sourdough bread-making class by Helen Kim from Oori Bakeshop. Live music by local artists, a Hand Pan drum ceremony by Michael Cantalupo and The Lotus Collective. Foods include:
