Table for Change: A Night of Community Celebration
Join us for an unforgettable evening as three renowned chefs—Michael Schwartz, Andrew Zimmern, and Marc Vetri—come together to create a unique one-night-only dining experience! The evening will feature live music, a silent auction, a cocktail reception, and a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience from six-time James Beard Award-winning Chefs Zimmern, Schwartz, and Vetri. The meal will be further enlivened by special participation from several of the local Haitian restaurants that provide nutritious and authentic meals to Rethink Food's ongoing efforts to support food-insecure communities.
Founded in 2017 by Matt Jozwiak and Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park, Rethink Food is a nonprofit organization that creates a more sustainable and equitable food system. In collaboration with local restaurants, small businesses, community organizations, and food donors, Rethink Food has provided over 26 million meals to communities in need, allocated more than 111 million dollars to support local restaurants and boost economic development, and used over 2.5 million pounds of excess food to make community meals.
The funds raised through Table for Change will directly support Rethink Food’s work in Miami. Since our partnership began in 2021, Rethink Food and The Genuine Hospitality Group have raised an incredible $1 million dollars to empower local restaurants to provide nutritious meals to those facing food insecurity. This dinner is an opportunity to deepen that impact while celebrating the remarkable collaboration that made it all possible.
