A Taste of Nicaragua

Carlos Olaechea teams up with Mandy Baca for a food crawl of Nicaraguan cuisine in Sweetwater and Fontainebleau. You'll tour six different local food businesses that represent the community and taste Nicaraguan delicacies. Transportation is included. This food crawl will include:

• An exclusive visit to an iconic formal restaurant

• The best and biggest tamale in Latin America

• A unique take on a “salad”

• Tastings of artisanal, locally made cheeses and cultured cream

• A more sophisticated chocolate milk

• The Nicaraguan answer to fast food

• A visit to a traditional grocery

• Traditional cookies and fudge
