Why We Love It: In the business for 15 years, owner Elise Mucha bought Brutus two years ago and works with four local fishermen, all providing her with a variety of fresh seafood. One based in Conch Key provides her with stone crabs and lobster; most of her fresh fish comes from a contact in Marathon. Their restaurant, under a tiki roof, was included recently in a Florida Keys road trip story in National Geographic.
