Michelle Collins created these all-vegan, Japanese sweet potato pies by accident. When she was making a sweet potato casserole, she realized she had bought a white sweet potato instead of the traditional orange variety. The result was so good, it inspired her to come up with an assortment of plant-based pies that are also gluten-free. She sells her Cutie Pies at the Coconut Grove organic farmers market and the seasonal Coral Gables farmers market.
