Why We Love It: One of my favorite things about breakfast is eggs, and the many things that can be done with them. In Sucre Café’s tiny kitchen, they turn them into a puffy, airy breakfast souffle, studded with bits of ham and caramelized vegetables, with a crown of burnished cheese.
