Their small-batch specialties have included novelties like Shampoo (matcha-infused ice cream with aloe and honey); Thai Peanut (peanut sauce ice cream with sweet soy sauce, Thai chilis, jalapeños, sesame seeds and crushed peanuts); and Lavender, Ricotta and Honey made with local honey.
