Why We Love It: PG Tropicals sources rare, exotic and local subtropical fruits for their preserves, including guava from their partner farm, Guavonia Guava Grove, in Homestead's Redland. They produce seasonal varieties of jams, jellies, marmalades, extracts and purées. You can buy their guava and tropical fruit products at the Coral Gables farmers market. Their Redland-raised guava is also used by local chefs.
