Why We Love It: Sol City Farm sells grass-finished beef, soy-free pasture-raised chicken, pork, honey and eggs in their farm just west of the Turnpike. Farmers Matheus Santos, Guillermo Guerra and Tamy Arce make up this veteran- and minority-owned business that provides South Florida with clean, ethical, and nutrient-dense animal products while they regenerate land and build community.
