Ingredients
- .5 oz. Saffron Gin
- 1 oz. Minke Irish Gin
- .75 oz. lemon juice
- .5 oz. Velvet Falernum Liqueur
- .5 oz. simple syrup
- Egg white
- Star anise
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in large tin and dry shake. Fill with ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe, garnish and serve.
