  • 50 ml of Brugal 1888 
  • Frozen coconut water ice sphere 

Instructions
 

  • Pour 50 ml of Brugal 1888 rum over a frozen coconut water ice sphere and serve.  

Notes

The coconut water pairs perfectly with the prominent wood influence in Brugal 1888 to deliver a simple and slightly sweetened aperitif.
