
Green Tea Punch

Ingredients
- 1 bottle Banks 5 Island Blend rum
- 13 oz Sencha green tea
- 13 oz mint tea
- 6 oz lime juice
- 200g demerara sugar
- Garnish: Grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Brew the tea, then stir in the sugar until it dissolves. Add four cups of ice to chill and dilute the mixture, then add lime juice and rum. Add all ingredients to a punch bowl filled with one large block of ice.
