Thread okra on skewers to make it easier to flip on the grill.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound young okra, trimmed
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Light grill. Brush okra with oil and season with salt. Grill, turning once or twice, until charred. Serve warm.
    Serves 4
