
Lychee Drops
This recipe from Cindy LaPradd is from Local Flavor: Recipes Raised in the Florida Redland, available from Bee Heaven Farm and used with permission. This can be used as an aperitif or dessert, or in cocktails.
Ingredients
- 20 peeled lychees
- 2 cups vodka
Instructions
- Place peeled lychees in a bowl with a tight-fitting lid. Pour two cups of vodka over lychees. Place sealed bowl in the freezer for 24 hours before serving. Serve as an after-dinner adult dessert. Store remaining Lychee Drops in freezer.
