Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dried mango
  • 1 cup dried banana (cut thick before drying; they should not be crispy)
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • ½ cup dried, shredded coconut, plus additional to coat balls
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until well mixed. Form into balls. Roll in additional coconut.
