Morning Glory
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Yellowstone Select
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- 4 oz. Peach Tea
Instructions
- Combine Yellowstone Select and lemon juice in a 12 oz. mason jar full of ice and top with Peach Tea. Secure lid on mason jar and shake for 20 seconds. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Bartender Matt Longueville of STL Barkeep, who created this recipe, like mason jars for mixing cocktails at home. "Not many people have bar tools at their house, so whenever I make drinks for friends the first question I always ask is, 'Do you have a mason jar?' You can mix and shake the cocktail, and most jars also have measurements on the glass so it’s easy to make sure your proportions are right. Just make sure the lid is securely on the jar or you’ll end up covered in booze!"
