
Mousse de abacate (Avocado mousse)
Creamy and delicious, Florida avocados – often called green-skin avocados – are in season throughout the year. Their health benefits are many – they’re a rich source of beneficial fats and vitamins C, E, K and B6.
Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large, ripe avocados
- Juice from two limes
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until creamy and free from lumps. Pour into four ramekins, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
