Ingredients
- 35 ml Brugal 1888
- 15 ml Aperol
- 15 ml Lillet BlancÂ
- Dash peach bitters
- Garnish: Grapefruit peel

- Stir all ingredients together.
Notes
Aperol provides a lighter, bitter grapefruit note to this floral take on a traditional Negroni. The subtle honeyed-citrus flavor of Lillet Blanc helps bring out the stone fruit flavors of Brugal 1888, making the rum’s vanilla, red fruit, toffee and cocoa notes stand out.
