
Sauteed Kale
Ingredients
- 2 bunches kale
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Remove center stem from kale leaves. Roll up leaves and slice in very thin strips. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add kale and a pinch of salt and saute, stirring, until kale is cooked but not soft. Related Recipes: Festa Brasileira
