Sauteed Kale

Sauteed Kale

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches kale
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Remove center stem from kale leaves. Roll up leaves and slice in very thin strips. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add kale and a pinch of salt and saute, stirring, until kale is cooked but not soft.
