Cocktail
- .75 oz. Cusqueña beer
- 2 oz. guava marmalade
- 1 oz. lime juice
- .75 oz. pineapple juice
- Dash of firewater bitters
Spicy Sugar Rim
- ¼ cup sugar
- Dash salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Garnish
- 3-4 sprigs of fresh sage
- Spicy guava candy
Instructions
- Make Spicy Sugar Rim: Combine sugar, salt and chili powder in a dry, small bowl and stir. Add citrus to rim of tall glass so chili sugar can stick to rim. For cocktail: Combine all ingredients except beer and garnish in a shaking tin. Shake well and strain into sugar-rimmed glass filled with ice. Top with beer and add sage leaves.
