Tropical Salad
Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce
- 1 package grape tomatoes
- Cucumber, sliced thin
- Red onion, sliced thin
- Fresh jackfruit, cut into small pieces
- Unsalted mixed nuts, cut in slices
- Feta cheese
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in salad bowl. Add grape tomatoes, cucumber and onion slices to taste. Add jackfruit, sliced nuts, feta and Parmesan cheeses. Mix gently and serve with dressing of your choice.
