Tropical Wine Cooler

Ready-made wine coolers – wine plus fruit juice and club soda or ginger ale – were a popular choice in lieu of more serious wine choices. Use local seasonal fruits for flavor and garnish and improvise away.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz. pinot grigio
  • Juice of one lime
  • 3 oz. ginger ale or seltzer water
  • Fresh fruit (mango or strawberry slices, blueberries
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Combine in tall glass with ice.
