Ingredients

  • .5 oz. Saffron Gin
  • 1 oz. Minke Irish Gin
  • .75 oz. lemon juice
  • .5 oz. Velvet Falernum Liqueur
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • Egg white
  • Star anise

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in large tin and dry shake. Fill with ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe, garnish and serve.
