Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk, or to taste
- 1 large, ripe Florida avocado, peeled, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8-10 ice cubes
Chocolate Syrup
- ½ cup coffee (or use water)
- ¼ cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- Dash salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except for chocolate syrup in blender. Blend until smooth. Squirt chocolate syrup on the inside of serving glass, then pour in avocado mixture. Serve immediately.
Chocolate Syrup: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes. Cool. Store in refrigerator.
