Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 cocktail
- Cucumber slices
- Mint sprig
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- ¾ oz Hendrick’s Gin
- ¾ oz Finlandia Vodka
Instructions
In a mixing glass, muddle cucumber slices, a mint sprig, simple syrup and lime juice. Add elderflower liqueur, gin and vodka. Add ice and shake. Serve in a 6-oz martini glass and garnish with a cucumber slice and mint.
