Ingredients
- 3 lbs lionfish filets
- 1 pint expeller-pressed canola oil
- 1½ cups fresh lime juice
- 4 oz. roasted garlic
- 1 oz. minced garlic
- 4 bunches fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. ground cumin
- ½ tsp. ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
Instructions
Sauté fillets in a few tablespoons of oil in skillet on medium-high for 3-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. To make Cilantro Lime Sauce, combine all ingredients in processor. Spoon atop each serving.
