Instructions
Peel oranges with a sharp knife, including the white pith. Slice in ¼-in-thick rounds and remove any seeds. Peel and slice onion in ¼-in-thick rounds. Arrange on plate. Top with mint leaves. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
