Instructions
In a small bowl or 2-cup measuring cup with a spout, beat eggs, salt and chives until well combined. Let rest for 15 minutes. Heat butter in small skillet over medium-low heat until melted. Slowly pour in eggs in a thin stream covering the surface of the skillet. After 15 seconds, stir gently with a spatula to cook, then remove from heat and stir in creme fraiche. Immediately turn onto serving plate and season with pepper. Top with a heaping dollop of caviar.
