- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup sliced almonds, roasted

Instructions
First, roast almonds: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place sliced almonds on baking sheet evenly and toast about 5-8 minutes. Watch carefully so they don’t burn. Cool while making beans. Turn oven to 400 degrees. Toss beans, garlic, almonds, oil and salt in a large bowl. Spread out on 2 large-rimmed baking sheets and roast for about 15-17 minutes, or until softened and slightly blistered. Stir the beans once or twice during roasting.
