- Ripe pineapple
- Ripe but firm mango
- Light rum
Instructions
Cut peel off pineapple. Cut horizontal slices about ½-¾-inch thick, including core. Peel mango. Lay on cutting board. Cut horizontal slices about ½-inch thick. When you reach the flat pit, flip over and cut remaining slices. Grill over medium heat for a 2-3 minutes, turning once. Brush with rum and serve immediately.
