Ingredients
- 1 cup lentils, rinsed in water
- ¾ cup water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 3 tomatoes, coarsely chopped, with their juice
- 3 large kale leaves, sliced in thin strips
- ½ cup cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large oven-proof dish, combine lentils, water, salt, onion, garlic, tomatoes and kale. Cover with lid or foil. Bake for one hour. Carefully remove lid or foil before serving.
