The Peach Cobbler

Perfect for outdoor events, this recipe comes from Afrohead Rum.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 cocktail
  • 2 oz AFROHEAD Briland 07 rum
  • 1 oz lemon juice 
  • 3/4 oz ginger syrup
  • 1 oz fresh peach purée 
  • 1-2 sage leaves

Instructions

Method: Shake and strain all ingredients over fresh ice into Collins glass. Top with .5 oz soda water. Garnish with spanked sage leaf.
