Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Cooper's Craft bourbon
- .75 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- .75 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz honey
- .5 oz lemon juice
- Bar spoon of ginger liqueur
- Ice
- Club soda

Instructions
In a shaker tin combine all ingredients except soda water and shake with ice. Fine strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel and candied ginger.
