Ingredients
- 10 cups seedless watermelon, 1½-inch cubes
- 3 cups spring water
Instructions
Put watermelon cubes and water in a 2-quart container with a lid and place in the fridge overnight. Pour melon and water into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour puree through a strainer or mesh sieve into a pitcher. Discard solids. Refrigerate until needed.
