- .75 oz. Electric Blue Matcha and Yuzu-infused gin
- .75 oz. Minke Irish Gin
- .25 oz. Yzaguirre Blanc Vermouth
- .25 oz Yuzu vinegar
- 5 oz. East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
- Thai basil
- Orange zest
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in goblet. Agitate, garnish and serve.
