Since 2008, Burger Beast Sef Gonzalez has eaten and written about his comfort food adventures on his blog. During that time, he set a Guinness World Record, owned a restaurant, and wrote All About the Burger: A History of America’s Favorite Sandwich, and created a whole bunch of food-centric events.
