Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida in Miami and the Keys are kicking off their annual cookie sale Sat., Jan. 10 in the world’s largest girl-led entrepreneurial program. New to the lineup: Exploremores, a rocky-road ice cream-inspired sandwich cookie, filled with chocolate, marshmallow and toasted almond-flavored creme. Other cookies include fan favorites like Thin Mints, Samoas, Trefoils, Adventurefuls, Do-si-dos, Lemon-ups, Tagalongs and Toffee-tastics.
“This iconic tradition is more than just delicious cookies – it’s a hands-on leadership experience that teaches girls essential skills like goal setting, decision making and money management, says Chelsea Wilkerson, CEO, Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida. “We’re especially excited to introduce our newest cookie, Exploremores, which celebrates curiosity and adventure. Every box sold helps power opportunities for girls to learn, lead, and thrive.”
