At Florida Education Institute, our Baking & Pastry Arts program is built on strong fundamentals, real-world technique, and a deep respect for craft.

Bread is an important part of our philosophy — not as the sole foundation, but as a shared language that teaches patience, process, and collaboration. Alongside pastry, viennoiserie, chocolate, and plated desserts, bread represents the values we believe in: precision, consistency, and community.

From artisan breads to laminated doughs, viennoiserie, and pastry fundamentals, our students learn through immersive masterclasses led by internationally recognized chefs. Each experience strengthens technique, builds confidence, and connects students to a growing professional baking community.
