Celeb Chefs from Stiltsville Host Orange Bowl Food and Wine Celebration
Florida native Jeff McInnis and Australian Janine Booth of Stiltsville in Sunset Harbour are this year’s celebrity chefs for the annual Orange Bowl Food and Wine Celebration presented by Florida Blue May 11 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.
The culinary duo, who opened the fish house in partnership with Grove Bay Hospitality Group, is bringing star power to the fundraiser. “We are very excited to have Jeff and Janine as the celebrity chefs at this year’s Orange Bowl Food & Wine Celebration presented by Florida Blue,” said Sean Pittman, Orange Bowl Committee president and chair. “This event has become our signature annual fundraiser, and we anticipate raising approximately $100,000 this year for Make-A-Wish Southern Florida, Special Olympics Florida and the Orange Bowl Leadership Academy.”
Attendees can sample food and drink from more than 30 of South Florida’s top restaurants, including Stiltsville Fish Bar, Casa D’Angelo, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, Beaker & Grey, Toro Toro, Point Royal, Ms. Cheezious, YOLO, S3, Boatyard, Rooftop, The Rusty Pelican, 1111 Peruvian Bistro and Per’La Specialty Roasters. There’s also an open bar, live entertainment, raffles and a gift bag.
