Celebrate the Fifth Annual Mango Fest Key West

Key West always knows how to throw a party. And what better reason than mangos? This year’s festival, which runs from Thurs., June 24–Sun., June 27 showcases Florida’s favorite tropical fruit in all its glory with a host of activities, from a mango brunch, a silent action a mango village and lots more..

Best of all, this annual event benefits the Key West Police Athletic League, designed to provide kids with safe after-school and weekend places with sports and educational programming.

What’s the Lineup?

THURSDAY
Launch Party: The fun starts with a Mango Fest Kickoff Party on Thursday, June 24 at Tavern N Town in the the Marriott Key West Beachside Resort ($20 donation).

SATURDAY
Vendor Village: Splash the town mango! Shop for special mango-related gifts and products from local galleries, jewelry stores, bookstores, restaurants, bars, banks, hotels and more. Located on Bayview Park, the Village is open June 26 from 10am-3pm.

SUNDAY
Marvelous Mango Brunch: Reserve now for this special mango brunch, featuring Mango Mimosas and local Mango Habanero Jelly on Sun., June 27 from 10am-2pm at LL’s Test Kitchen Stock Island Yacht Club and Marina.

ONGOING
Silent Auction: Bid on special items like a hand-carved mahogany mahi mahi at the online silent auction store. The winner will be announced at the Mango Brunch.

Photo contest: Got a great mango photo? You can submit your best work from May 1 through June 15.

Cocktail Videos: Get primed for the event with recipes like mango mojitos presented by First Legal Rum Distillery of Key West.

And don’t forget it’s all for a good cause. Members of the Key West Police Department donate their time and effort to help with an array of programs that include boxing and basketball. PAL supports computer classes after school and provides entertaining and educational camps during the summer and on holidays.
