WHAT: For Art Basel, Pubbelly Sushi is serving a a brand-new menu item with Miami-based Latin Grammy award-winning artist Pedro Fajardo for the local 20th year anniversary of Art Basel. The Wagyu Basel Sushi Temari, a gold dusted, sphere-shaped surf and turf style sushi made with wagyu beef, lobster mix, furikake and fresh truffle. It can be ordered to be served on Pedro Fajardo’s custom-made boards, which guests can purchase to take home.
