Celebrate the celestial combo of crispy salty fries – frites – and a cold beer this month in Frites Artois, a three-week special event from Stella Artois and chef Roy Choi.
The kick-off event on April 20 features Choi and Finka Table and Tap’s Eileen Andrade in an evening with art and music. Tickets are $30 (available here) and include a special main course and dessert to complement chef Choi’s pork mojo-inspired frites.
The pop-up, which will stick around through May 8, showcases Choi’s exclusive fries recipe and includes shopping and live music.
The Frites Artois Airstream will make an appearance at the Las Olas Food and Wine Festival in Fort Lauderdale and then head to other festivals and events in the U.S. throughout the year. Frites Artois will be on the menus of bars and restaurants in South Florida.
