Give Miami Day Returns + More Time to Give
This Thursday, Nov. 17, is Give Miami Day, the annual online event where everyone can donate to their favorite nonprofits. Last year, they raised $32 million in a single day. This year, you can get a head start donating to community causes with early online giving from Nov. 14 through Nov. 17.
Or wait until Thursday, when Give Miami Day frenzy takes over the city. Some of Miami's iconic buildings – the Freedown Tower, Biltmore Hotel, PAMM, Frost Museum of Science and Miami Worldcenter – will turn purple, the event's signature color, to raise awareness about the event.
